Licensing

Purchasing FundRaiser Basic entitles you to a permanent organizational license to the software. If you need to switch computers, just re-enter your permanent registration codes and restore from a backup and you'll be up and running in no time. You can also install the software on more than one computer - one at your office and one at home, for example. The Backup/Restore process should be utilized in this situation.

Updates

Minor updates to FundRaiser Basic are FREE. You'll be able to download and install the minor updates from our website for as long as you continue to use the product.

Occasionally, we release upgrades which include new features. These upgrades are available for a small fee. When an upgrade (rather than an update) is released, you must purchase the upgrade in order to be able to continue installing free updates that are released after this.

Basic is so easy to use, that you will be up and running in no time. However, we back our product up with FREE Support via Email. There is no limit to the number of times you can email or the type of questions you can ask. We also have extensive knowledge bases in our FAQ section and FundRaiser University, both of which you have unlimited access to.
