Visit the nonprofit technology forums at TechSoup.org. FundRaiser maintains an active involvement at TechSoup, volunteering in the forums to help answer questions. Other moderators are also avaliable to answer questions on a full range of technology issues. TechSoup is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping nonprofits with their technology questions.
Go deeper into donor management, with more advanced articles on donor management. These articles were primarily written for FundRaiser Select and Professional users, so discuss some software features not available in Basic. However, many of the donor management principles are the same between all the FundRaiser programs.
